Miswak

Miswak stands as the earliest documented form of dental hygiene, valued in the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia as a well-preserved ancient secret.

In Islamic culture, Miswak is referred to as "sunnah," aligning with the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) daily health practices.

Here's how to use MISWAK effectively:

1. Usage: Peel off approximately 1 centimeter of the outer layer to expose the internal bristles.
2. Separation: Soften Miswak's bristles by chewing its tip or use your thumb to separate them.
3. Brushing Teeth: Employ a circular motion, placing Miswak perpendicular to the oral cavity. Allow the bristles to reach between teeth, providing an effective flossing experience.

Trim the dried tip with a knife, and when ready to use again, repeat the initial step. We recommend reducing the tip once a day for optimal use.
